Locating the connection in the engine bayOnce the wiring harness is connected, the engine setup should look like the image below. The RaceChip wiring harness is connected to the sensors at the points marked A and B.. |
Connection to the common rail sensorFirst, the connection to the common rail sensor (A) needs to be made. Pull out the plug by its sensor. Note: only pull on the plug, never the cable. |
Common rail sensorHere you can see the disconnected plug of the common rail sensor (A), as well as the corresponding mating part on the wiring harness of your chip. |
Connecting the wiring harnessNow connect the disconnected plug (A) to the corresponding socket on the wiring harness. Make sure that the plugs have engaged. |
Connection to the common rail sensorConnect the second plug of this wiring harness arm to the common rail sensor (A) so that it engages. |
Connection to the turbo-boost pressure sensor (B)Next, the connection to the turbo-boost pressure sensor (B) needs to be made. Pull out the plug by its sensor. |

Connecting the RaceChipYour engine is about to get more power. Connect the RaceChip to the FCI connector of the wiring harness. |
Final stepsSecure the cable and the RaceChip at a suitable point in your engine bay and then fasten the cover. All done! Now have fun driving! |
Du kan enkelt återställa ditt fordon till original om det är nödvändigt närsomhelst. Oavsett om du plockar bort eller stänger av, kan våra produkter återställas när som helst för att återföra ditt fordon till original.
En blind plugg ingår i produkten. Om du tillfälligt vill återställa fordonet till original, kan du helt enkelt byta modulen mot en blindplugg. Signalen från motorstyrenheten sänds sedan direkt.
Om det behövs kan våra chipstimmningsprodukter tas bort helt på bara några steg - precis som RaceChip-installationen, men i omvänd ordning (även om vi är säkra på att när du väl har upplevt våra produkter, kommer du inte att vilja bli av med dem igen).
